The missing link

God has made many promises to his people, the bible is littered with them. Like the fact that He's promised that He will provide and supply for every need that we will have on this earth. Or that there is no temptation in this world that we cannot overcome. And when you are tempted, and you surely will, He will show you the way out so that you can endure. He's promises are truths and to those who believe in them He will fulfill them.

Perhaps the most amazing promise though is, that when we seek Jesus with all our heart and all our soul, we will find life in this world and in heaven! 

"You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." -Jeremiah 29:13

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." -Matthew 7:7  

"This is what the LORD says to the house of Israel: 'Seek me and live'" -Amos 5:4 

Thats the missing link in many peoples lives today, is that the passion to seek after Jesus, to become imitators of Him. That has dried up and people feel hopeless and abandoned, like theres is no meaning to life. The word tells us clearly though, seek me and you shall find me, ask and it will be given to you. Find Jesus and you will find life!

Seek Him

As you sift and wade through the things the devil clutters your path with everyday, we can hold on to that promise that God made with us. Seek me and live!
